Santa Maria Francesca Society

It was an interesting development leading to the creation of the “Society of Santa Maria Francesca of the Five Wounds of Christ.”

Our historical research about Maria Francesca Gallo, Naples, Italy, known as Santa Maria Francesca of the Five Wounds of Christ, indicated when Pope Pius IX canonized Mary Frances, he declared her to be a patroness of expectant mothers and of women having difficulty conceiving. Upon learning that, and more, we concluded she should be the patroness of the Gallo World Family Foundation. After all, it had incorporated in its mission the promotion and development of Judeo-Christian family values in the betterment of the world by members of the World Family Association scattered worldwide.

Later, the World Family Association established a separate website for Her which would help by centralizing the activities of Santa Maria Francesca into a separate society group.

Santa Maria Francesca is a model of femininity, the intended design by our creator of women, who in the image of the Blessed Mother of Christ become the vessels of life, and spiritual teachers of the family. For the overwhelming number of women in the world, motherhood is not only accepted, but strongly sought by them through marriage, thereby creating a new family unit…read the prayers in the Santa Maria Francesca website.

Within that strong desire for true femininity, the World Family Association has contributed a money prize to a high school female graduating student that exhibited the character of a model ” woman.” This prize has now been awarded for a number of years, and the hope is to award the prize in future years. Selection is by the school staff.

The Society of Santa Maria Francesca consists of anyone that has a desire to advance the femininity of motherhood, the vehicle of life.
